Haru Matsuo (松尾春) is a vocal synthesis developed for the UTAU Engine. First released as a standalone bank in 2012 they are able to sing in Japanese and are being developed for the English language.

Haru Matsuo REPRISE Alpha is a Multipitch Japanese VCV voicebank, taking inspiration from ACT4.
